Dream Con, the Texas convention launched by RDCWorld (Real Dreams Change the World)—the creative collective founded by Mark Phillips—has been running since 2018. What began as a community‑driven gathering has grown into an event that now draws tens of thousands of fans each year to the George R. Brown Convention Center. Its programming spans gaming, anime, film, music, and sports, all centered on uplifting “underrepresented voices in mainstream spaces.” And, naturally, it attracts some of the South’s most impressive cosplayers.

Mineralblu was once again on site, documenting standout costumes across the show floor and filming a full video of the weekend.
