If the first trailer for 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple had consisted solely of the line “Aren’t you excited you only had to wait three months to see this footage?” it would’ve still made an impact. After all, it’s almost unheard of in today’s Hollywood for a film to premiere in June and have its sequel hit theaters just six months later in January. Yet that’s exactly the case with 28 Years Later and its follow‑up, The Bone Temple, arriving January 16, 2026. And fortunately for us, the new trailer delivers far more than a single cheeky sentence.
